You can ask BolivAI LLC to delete your personal data at any time, including any data obtained through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp. This page explains how. It complements our Privacy Policy.
Email info@bolivai.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We confirm and complete verified requests within 30 days.
If you have a BolivAI account (you run a business on BolivAI)
- Delete specific records directly in your bolivai.cloud dashboard, or
- Email us to delete your entire account and all associated data. We remove your account, configuration, connected‑channel tokens, conversations, and contacts (subject to legal retention such as tax/billing records).
If you messaged a business that uses BolivAI
The business you contacted is the owner ("controller") of that conversation. You can:
- Ask that business directly to delete your data, or
- Email us at info@bolivai.com with the phone number or handle you used and the business name. We will route and action the deletion, removing your messages and contact record tied to that business.
Facebook / Instagram / Messenger data
If you connected or interacted via Facebook Login, a Facebook Page, or Instagram, the same request removes the data we received through Meta's APIs. You can also remove BolivAI's access at any time from your Facebook or Instagram settings (Settings → Apps and Websites / Business Integrations), which stops any further data flow; then email us to delete what was already received.
What happens next
We verify the request (to protect against fraudulent deletions), delete or de‑identify the relevant personal data, and email you a confirmation. Some records may be retained only where required by law.
